Remember the beautiful Hamilton Cellars Rosé of Malbec that stole my heart earlier this month? Well, the news is in from this weekend's Seattle Wine Awards and Hamilton Cellars won big! Stacie, the lovely proprietor, is proud to announce a Double Gold for their 2008 Merlot, Golds for the 2009 White and the 2008 Malbec, as well as a Bronze for the 2007 Bona Vita Red Blend. Add those to the Gold awarded to their 2008 Bona Vita Red Blend at the New York International Wine Competititon, where thousands of wines were reviewed and only seventeen golds awarded. What prestigious accomplishments!
